School Council

Echo Mountain School Council is a collaboration between the community and Echo Mountain Intermediate School (EMIS) and Echo Mountain Primary School (EMPS). The goal is a venue for parents, administrators, and staff members to help guide decision making at our site.

Our monthly meetings focus on student-centered improvement by reviewing curriculum, extracurricular activities, school action plans, budgeting needs, and staffing allocations.

School Council is a group of teachers, parents and community members. We meet on a regular basis to make decisions about the future of Echo Mountain Intermediate School. We welcome your input. Please contact the principal if you would like to add something to our agenda, or if you would like to participate in one of our meetings.

Meetings begin at 8:00 a.m. in the front office conference room.

We currently have an opening on our Echo Mountain School Council for a parent representative. If you interested in joining us, please email Kristi Williams, EMPS Principal, or email Elizabeth Rankin, EMIS Principal.
